The scent
What is in the box
Two candles, two hours of the day. Arabica N°44 with roasted coffee for the desk in the morning, and Crème Noir N°88 with warm vanilla for the evening. A cafe at opening and the same one at closing.
In the box: two candles, fine fragrance oil in plant-based soy wax, each in a hand-painted concrete jar with a wooden lid.
Burn time: 35 to 40 hours each. Poured to order in small batches in India.

The jar +
Cast from concrete and painted by hand, then closed with a wooden lid. Each one is finished individually, so small shifts in tone and texture come with it. No two are alike. When the candle is spent, keep the jar. A holder, a small planter, something that stays on the shelf rather than going out with the wrapping.
Burning and care +
On the first burn, let the wax melt fully across the surface, which takes about two to three hours. Trim the wick to roughly 5 mm before each light. Keep it away from draughts, pets and children, never leave a flame unattended, and stop burning when about 1 cm of wax is left.
