Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in crafting and packaging every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unlit, and in original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll make it right at the earliest—either through a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or burned candles

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

    Cash on Delivery Orders

    • COD orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only
    • Additional COD handling fee (if applicable) is non-refundable
